The Culture center of Childhood is a private institution with an independent recognized identity, fully qualified to work freely and its headquarters is in Doha city.

The Institution aims at:

1.       Spreading awareness of the right methods of raising children at their different phases of growth.

2.       Preparing special Programs for mothers to make them aware of the surrounding environment in its aspects of sultazal, social and material factors that affect the course of children's lives and growth.

3.       Making mothers gain educational and cultural skills and techniques which contribute to sound breeding of children and keep them away from bad practices and wrong ways of behavior.

4.       Identifying the psychological, educational and social problems suffered by children, then offer the means that contribute to solving them.

5.       Awareness-raising among would-be mothers about causes of disability and how to solve them.

6.       Contributing to solving behavioral problems among children such as smoking, drug-taking and addiction, street violence and how to preserve the environment and other constructive practices.

7.       Developing the child's linguistic, manual and mental skills and seeking developing the child's cultural background.

8.       Getting to know the modern methods of raising children with special needs who are talented in order to develop their capabilities and skills in accordance with their distinguished mental capabilities.

9.       Getting to know the modern methods of dealing with children with special needs in order to develop their capabilities and assist them in integration into daily public life.

10.   Conducting the appropriate researches and studies within the framework of childhood.

11.   Documenting the information related to childhood to be as reference to individuals, organization and offices.

12.   Caring for studying reproductive health and mothers' and children's health.

The Center in non-profitable and doesn't seek any material or political gain.

In order to achieve its goals, the Center conducts some or all of the following :

1.       Cooperating and coordinating with the concern bodies, inside as well as outside the State of Qatar within the Center's area of activities.

2.       Educating mothers, would-be massing girls and those responsible for raising their children and offer consultative services to them.

3.       Holding seminars, meetings and conferences related to the Center's activities.

4.       Receiving donations, gifts and wills to achieve the Center's objectives.
