The State of Qatar commemorates annually the National Day for Human Rights, which is the date on when the National Human Rights Committee was established on November 11, 2002. This day demonstrates the State's concern for human rights, providing the adequate guarantees for enhancing and protecting the same at all political, social economic and cultural fields.
