To study the challenges facing the family and recommending suitable actions.

To achieve goals stated in international charters relating to family affairs.

To work for the empowerment of women and their participation in the social, political and economic life.

To improve the conditions of working women.
7.
To supervise the care for and rehabilitation of those with special needs.
8.
To coordinate the activities of national civic society institutions and those of regional and international organizations on the other.
9.
To study the challenges facing youth and suggest appropriate solutions in coordination with relative state authorities.
