HE Mr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Khalifa, SCFA Secretary-General received in his office yesterday, Sunday morning, 24th February 2008 a delegation from the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) consisting of Mrs Rula Majdalani, Technical Cooperation Chair and Mr. Hassan Munemneh, Technical Cooperation Officer. Mr. Al-Khalifa welcomed the delegation, confirming that by instructions of HH Sheikha Mozah bint Nasser Al-Missned, SCFA President, SCFA endeavors to promote communication with the different international institutions and exchange expertise in the different areas, indicating that this visit enhances this tendency, as it aims at considering technical cooperation and support between the two parties
Within this context, HE Secretary-General and Managing Directors of SCFA's Departments met with the delegation and discussed aspects of joint cooperation between SCFA's Departments and ESCWA
At conclusion of the meeting, the delegation was presented with a number of SCFA's publications
