Supreme Council For Family Affairs Conducts A Lecture On Computer International Driving License Program
 

 
 



Within the program of disseminating information culture among women, SCFA conducted on Wednesday, 7th May 2008 in Khor City, a lecture in preparation for organizing the Computer International Driving License Program, in collaboration with Information and Communications Technology Council. During the Program, a group of Khor women will be trained to obtain the License

Ms Rasmiya Hassan Al-Jammali, Women Program Specialist in SCFA, Program Senior Coordinator, presented a briefing on the Program indicating that the Program aimed at promoting information culture that aimed at empowering women toward upgrading their skills in information and communications technlology through making availablre digital illiteracy eliminating program on the State's level, targetting in partcicular non-working women

Moreover, Ms Al-Jammali introduced the Program indicating that it was a certificate internationally accredited that would provide the individual with an opportunity to develop her capabilities and skills in the computer area. She, likewise, could raise the level of competency in information and communications technology and computer skills, as the Program required no previous knowledge

At the conclusion of the lecture, discussion was opened about the Program where the attendees inquired about the duration of implementing the Program in Khor city, and how far useful it was to obtain the License
