Within the campaign on Saving Is Our Saving, Supreme Council for Family Affairs organized on Thursady morning, May 8th, at the Family Consultation Center, a lectutre titled Rationalizing Expenditure and Saving, in which Dr Majeed Al-Kharkhi, Economic Consultant at SCFA introduced the concept of income and saving, together with useful tips to housewives, indicating that saving is that part of the individual's income which has not yet been spent, and the available income is the remainder of the received income. He, likewise, pointed out that rationalizing consumption meant enlarging benefits against costs when goods and services are consumed, and that balance is established on two scales, the scale of incomes and the scale of expenditure, providing that both scales were well balanced
